Members of the Pioneer Ministry Leadership Team met with a group of Diocesan Directors of Ordinands from around the island to bring them up to speed with the Selection Process for pioneers. These relationships with those who guide parishioners in their discernment and growth in lay and ordained ministry are crucial for our work and for communicating new possibilities as Pioneer Ministry grows and develops.
